Parents Testimonials
Parents are actively encouraged to participate in the child’s education where and when appropriate. They have access to all their work and are given helpful information on a daily basis on their child’s progress. There are parents’ evenings once a term to discuss general matters with teachers.
Parents are free to seek an appointment with the principal whenever there is concern about the child’s growth and development. Equally the school may seek to bring this to the parent’s attention. They are also welcome to observe their child’s progress in the classroom.
Ladybird provides a calm atmosphere and caring environment with a broad range of teachers’ skills to nurture the children.
The teaching focuses on children as individuals, encourages self-reliance and self-motivation, but emphasis is also put on working in groups.
Social skills are encouraged and our son has learned to respect other children and adults and enjoy their company.

When your child can’t wait to go to school, it is an indication that the teachers really care and love the children. Safety is a priority.

I cannot fault the care given to my daughter, who is now in her second year at Ladybird. Francesca has been extremely happy & developing well with her academic needs
All members of the Ladybird team are approachable, so first and foremost I would speak to the principal , who I know would take my complaint seriously and deal with it in the appropriate manner

It is a very warm and friendly environment. The children are treated as individuals. I feel that the teachers know my son very well, that he gets attention, praise and encouragement. The teachers are reliable, responsible and approachable. The physical environment is pleasant, especially the outdoor garden. There is also a large variety of activities available to the children.

We were very impressed with both the cleanliness and also the friendly and educational environment of the Ladybird Montessori School
In addition, the curriculum of the school is very much in line with the way we want to educate our daughter, Anousheh. We were particularly interested in the multidisciplinary way of education (a mix of science, maths, computers, drama, and fun) Anousheh is a very bright and talented girl and she already shows talents in music, dancing, drama, maths, etc.

I want to thank you so much for making Henry’s time at Ladybird such a happy and settled one. You may remember how shy and clingy he was when he first started - never liked leaving me. It was your kind understanding and devotion to him that changed his feelings into secure, content and happy ones. I always thought of him as my ‘needy’ one, but not any more.
